If these are not met, you will run into an issue where the utility will not allow you to browse and select a local Location to deliver the file to be downloaded.
- You must use IE 6 or greater to connect to the Customer Portal
- You must have Active X installed on the desktop from which you are accessing the Customer Portal.
- You must add https://track.xyenterprise.com or the full Customer Portal URL as a Trusted Web Site via IE Tools / Internet Options / Security / Trusted Sites
- Also in IE Tools / Internet Options / Security / Trusted Sites, set all Active X options found in the Custom Level area to Enabled. The important option is the “Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting” option which must be enabled.
