Request SDL Customer Portal Login
The SDL Online Technical Support Customer Portal is your one stop location for SDL and Portalyx Technical Support. You can use the SDL Customer Portal to:
- Open new support tickets
- Review existing support tickets including all updated details from Portalyx and SDL Technical Support
- Add information and/or comments to active tickets
- Upload and Download files
- Download the latest software patch set releases and documentation
- Review Technical Support News, Guides and Tips
If you do not yet have a SDL Customer Portal login please fill out the following form to request a SDL Customer Portal Login. Customers with a Standard Maintenance Contract may set up two (2) portal accounts, while those customers with a Premium Maintenance Contract may set up to four (4) accounts.
If you are experiencing technical difficulty with the SDL Customer Portal, please send an e-mail to support@portalyx.com or use the Submit Issue Form on the Portalyx Support web site to submit an issue directly to Portalyx Technical Support.
